We only use location services within the scope necessary for the designated service. Please note that location data will still be collected when the Tri-Rally is not in the foreground. So trip and total counters will keep counting when Tri-Rally is in the background.
Without this core feature(s), Tri-Rally is "broken" or rendered unusable. The user of the Tri-Rally app is completely responsible for quitting the Tri-Rally app when the Tri-Rally app is not needed.

We collect information from your device in some cases. The information will be utilized for the provision of better service and to prevent fraudulent acts. Additionally, such information will not include that which will identify the individual user.
